Mahavir Industries offers V Blenders for uniform mixing of dry powders and granules in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Made from SS304/SS316, our blenders ensure efficient blending, safe operation, and easy discharge with food-grade components and customizable capacities.
Salient Features:
- The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
- All contact parts are made out of stainless 304 or 316 quality to suit customer's requirement.
- Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
- Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with S.S. cover & limit switch. ( In 200 Kgs. & above model )
- Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & an open able cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
- Fixed baffles with mirror polish are provided for efficient blending of the product.
- Cone will be mirror polished from the inside. Outside surface & structure will be matt polished.
- All moving parts covered with SS304 covers. Safety guards provided in front & back of the m/c with limit switch.
- Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.
