This system is needed to pre-cut spices like Salt, Chilli, Turmeric, Dry Mango (Amchur) prior to drying / grinding the resultant reduced size of the product would accelerate the drying / grinding thereby saving precious power. This machine is also best suited for pre-cutting of chillies into a product known as “Crushed chillies / Red Papper” popularly used for pizza toppings. Chopping of spices also simplifies the drying and griding process.
